The Job Fair and What to Expect

The format is simple.

Your organization sets up a display area for candidates to pass out his/her
resume and speak with your recruitment team.  Exhibit hours will run from
11am - 2pm.

We expect numerous candidates representing many disciplines (both blue
collar & white collar).  Candidates will include all ethnicities, women, men,
veterans, entry-level, mid-career, professional, and the college-degreed.  A
private interview area will also be available, should you want to hire a
candidate on-the-spot.

GFCF representatives will be on hand throughout the day to assist with all
of your recruitment needs.

1.  SPECIALIZATION.  Our events focus on 2 different
genres of workers:  White Collar and Blue Collar. Our
staff is comprised of recruiters and our job is to find the
people that you want to hire.  Part of the registration
process includes providing us with a list of your open
positions, we incorporate this vital information into our
marketing, advertising, and recruitment campaign. This
is how we target our events!

2.  LOCALIZED.  The vast majority of job seekers would
like to work close to home.  Our fairs are centralized in
high traffic geographic areas.

3.  QUALITY & QUANTITY.  Our marketing campaign is
designed to create a high traffic atmosphere of top
talent.  We utilize both traditional and non-traditional
recruitment methods:
